Wellington is the small Womble. He wears spectacles and his blue/black baseball cap. He is rather absent-minded, but he also gets all kinds of clever ideas, such as the Womble telephone.
Wellington is in two songs, 'Wellington Womble' on 'Wombling Songs' and 'Wellington Goes to Waterloo'. on 'Remember You're A Womble'. He also sings a solo in 'Rainmaker'.
Wellington's Quake skin has been prduced by Matt Wells, but I have chosen not to release it. This is because he looks rather bare, with only fur, hat and glasses.
